Spring Break means PJ's ALL Day!!!

Today I'm up on the PJ Tour!! WAHOOO!!!  I know a lot of the looks you have seen so far on the tour have been kids....  BUT, my kids have plenty of PJ's.

I had 2 goals with what I wanted to sew: 1. they had to be time efficient. 2. I could answer the door or go outside to untangle the dogs leash without embarrassment or indecent exposure.
Tell me if you think I achieved my goals!

*ps. read to the end of the post for some awesome discount codes and a GIVEAWAY!*

I used the Sisboom Tortola pattern for the top., while not technically a PJ pattern it does make for some comfy jammies with a few easylittle changes!  I made it in knit with woven facing. I skipped the darts so it is a little bit looser and less fitted, which is what I wanted for jammies.

For the bottoms I used the scientific seamstress easy fits pattern. They are a fast sew and comfy. nice and loose for a cool summer/spring pj bottom.

I needed these PJ's to be something comfy but also cute for lounging....

Tortola: 40mins
Easy Fits: 25mins

For  a total time of a jammie set in 65mins. I call THAT a win!

And of course, I feel, it meets the goal of I can wear my jammies allllllllllllll day long AND not be ashamed to answer the door... you know.... in case I am getting fabric mail.....

Tell me, what do you look for in jammies? Which stop on the tour has been your favourite so far?

You're so cute! Even though you make me feel super unproductive for how I've spent the last 65 minutes ;)

Yay that you sewed for yourself! I had high hopes to sneak some in, but it hasn't happened yet. Soon! I'm not sure my favorite stop so far, but I have a list of patterns I may need. :)
